Our Philosophy

Baking traditions that feel like home.

At Patron Del Mar, we believe that a great day starts with the right ingredients and ends with a shared smile. Nestled on Pennsylvania Avenue, we've created a space that honors the slow art of baking while embracing the vibrant energy of modern Oviedo.

From our flaky, buttery croissants to our rich, small-batch coffee, every item is crafted with intention. This isn't just a stop for a quick snack—it's a destination for those who appreciate the finer details of flavor and hospitality.
